opportunity

Life is a gift, today you might be fortunate to be alive, tommorrow you might not. Once in a while, it is good to enjoy ourselves, because life may not offer us the opportunity to do so, so while we have the chance, we should make good use of it. Let's learn to have good times most especially with our loved ones, we humans tend to neglect them sometimes, it should not be so..
Some people say opportunity comes but once, but I say opportunity comes when we need it, it's just that we don't see and know how to harness it..
Life is good, because there's more than enough good to go around the world. Let's enjoy it...!

LEVEL

The level of your exposure goes a long way in determining a lot of things about you. there are life default exposures which in most case becomes a limitation to greatness...but as we grow we must learn to induce some certain kinds of exposure because the level of exposure: > determines what you term Rich and what you Term Poor. > determines what you call excess and what you call limited. > determines the level of available knowledge. > determines the way and rate at which opportunities comes your way. > determines the kind of help you will receive. > determines what you tag as Good and what you tag as Bad. and lots more. So life has a way of exposing you to the default settings by birth, but remember from the day you became aware of the right of choice, then you can make some decisions that can influence the kind of environment you want to be in, this however produces an effect on the level of your exposure. Character

A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.
Dreams are the touchstones of our character.
As a man is, so he sees.You must be the change you wish to see in the world.
There is no such thing as a "self-made" man. We are made up of thousands of others. Everyone who has ever done a kind deed for us, or spoken one word of encouragement to us, has entered into the make-up of our character and of our thoughts, as well as our success.
Character building begins in our infancy, and continues until death.
The right way is not always the popular and easy way.
Standing for right when it is unpopular is a true test of moral character.
Character builds slowly, but it can be torn down within incredible swiftness.
Good character is more to be praised than outstanding talent. Most talents are, to some extent, a gift. Good character, by contrast, is not given to us. We have to build it, piece by piece -- by thought, choice, courage, and determination.
People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. This is how character is built
It is the duty of men to judge men only by their actions. Our faculties furnish us with no means of arriving at the motive, the character, the secret self. We call the tree good from its fruits, and the man, from his works
Character develops itself in the stream of life
Instead of saying that man is the creature of circumstance, it would be nearer the mark to say that man is the architect of circumstance
This is the final test of a gentleman: his respect for those who can be of no possible value to him.

Take it or leave it

Just think this over..!
Two men have needs like,
#_they have to take a girl out;
#_they have to get a new suit;
#_they have a plot of land under construction & they
need some blocks to complete the building...
#_plus they have other needs that needs to be met.. You know, we're only humans, we all got needs..
They were both given 500 dollars
The first man:
#1; he takes the girl out, go have fun with his friends,
#2; buys a nice suit for himself..then, pockets the change left...!
The second man:
#1; he buys blocks to complete his building first before any other thing..
What i want you all to understand is that, a rich man pays himself first before any other thing..
For those who believe in God, the Bible has made us to understand that 10 percent of your income should be given to God or taken to the house of God..
Eventhough you give 10 percent to God, learn to pay yourself.!
Among the two men the richest is the second man, because he paid himself first...
The basic thing is that, it's easier to rise to the top than to maintain that position.. It takes determination, ideas, dedication and managerial skills to rise to the top and maintain that position...
Also, learn to plan for the long term..
Learn to invest in things that will double your income..
Don't act like the first man who wanted to enjoy himself and show the world that he has money..

Learn to save atleast 10 percent of your income..
Be patient & be wise.!

Love of parents

Why is it that a father is never able to tell his son..
how much he loves him?
He's never able to embrace him and say
'I love you my son'?
And the mother
she keeps repeating it, whether her son listens to it or not.
But that doesn't mean a father loves his son any less.
No one can fathom the amount of love that a mother has for her son...
Not even the mother, this is because
there is no measure for a mother's love.
It's an emotion that can only be felt... A mother's emotion..
